Visiting Uffizi Gallery
What to see and how to plan
Choose a sequence of galleries rather than a list of isolated famous paintings. Compare works across rooms, then use the sculpture-lined corridors to pause between sections.
Why this place matters
Its collections include major Renaissance paintings and ancient sculptures associated with the Medici collections, housed on the first and second floors of the historic building.
