Video Editor in your browser

Edit videos with a visual timeline: trim and split clips, arrange scenes, mix audio, add titles and export WebM or MP4. Editing and rendering run on your device, with no account or media upload.

Import video or audio files from your device, add them to the timeline, then export your edit. MP4 export downloads a conversion engine on first use. Format support and export performance depend on your browser and device memory.

How processing and privacy work

Processing runs in your browser. The page may download scripts, fonts or processing engines to run the tool; these downloads are separate from uploading your input files.

Export your edit

The entire timeline is rendered with your titles, transforms, fades and mixed audio.

Export runs in real time. If you switch tabs, windows or apps, rendering pauses safely and resumes when you return; keep this browser tab open. MP4 is recorded directly when your browser supports it; otherwise a faster local compatibility pass runs afterward. No media is uploaded.

Captions

Add captions manually or import SRT / WebVTT. Select a cue to edit its text, timing and style in the inspector.

Audio mix

Silent
Speech ducking

Music tracks lower during speech clips. Set track roles above; attack and release soften the change.

Meters show sample peaks. Lower a track if its clipping indicator lights.

Record voiceover

Record your microphone onto the Voiceover track at the playhead. Your browser will request microphone access.

Ready

Keep the downloaded recording with your project sources. Recording stops after five minutes and is discarded if cancelled.

Brand presets

Reuse text colors, typography and backgrounds across titles and captions. Save a selected text clip as a preset or start from a built-in style.

Editing guide

Import video, audio and PNG/JPEG/WebP images. The main Video track forms a ripple sequence; other video layers, captions, titles and audio use free placement. Turn Ripple sequence off to keep gaps on the main track. Click a library item to add it again, or drag it to a track.

Select a clip to edit its source range, speed, framing, volume and fades. Drag video clips to reorder; drag audio and titles to position them. Drag either clip edge to trim, or use exact seconds in the inspector.

Use the creator toolbar for captions, audio mixing, voiceover and brand presets. Select a visual layer, then drag its preview outline or handles to move, resize or rotate it. The inspector adds text styling, transitions and keyframe animation. Detach audio creates a linked pair; use Unlink to edit the soundtrack independently.

Save project downloads edit instructions. Open it later and relink the original files. New projects can recognize renamed originals; older projects use name and size. Media is not embedded in project files.

Edits are also saved locally for recovery. After reloading, choose a recovery snapshot and relink your source files. Keep downloaded project backups: browser storage can be cleared or unavailable. The project frame rate controls frame stepping and timeline move snapping.

Space Play/pause · S Split · Delete Remove · ← → Step frame · Ctrl/Cmd Z Undo · Ctrl/Cmd Shift Z Redo

Use Ctrl/Cmd-click or Shift-click for multiselect. Link video and audio to move, trim, split and duplicate them together. Add video or audio tracks as needed. Layered video, images, transitions, keyframes, caption files and voiceover are supported. Chroma key, motion tracking and automatic transcription are not included. Large projects depend on device memory. Use a desktop browser for best results.
