THE WORKFLOW
How to draw a signature on a PDF
- Open Draw / sign and choose the PDF. Draw your mark in the signature area using a mouse, touch input or stylus.
- Adjust ink and stroke width, clearing and redrawing if needed. Choose the target pages and set the placement width and coordinates.
- Preview the mark on the document, apply the drawing and check the saved PDF. Save the signature in this browser only if you want to reuse it.
PRACTICAL EXAMPLES
Choose the workflow for your document
Sign a PDF without a signature image
Draw on the provided canvas and review the mark before placing it. Several short attempts often produce a clearer result than enlarging a rough first drawing. Confirm the recipient accepts a visible drawn signature.
Reuse a drawn signature in another document
Save the completed drawing locally, then use Upload signature to pick it for a future PDF. Review its size and location each time; a saved signature does not know where a new document should be signed.

What to check in the result
This adds a visible drawing. It does not issue a certificate, authenticate a signer or provide a signing audit trail. Saved drawings are available through Upload signature in this browser; they are removed if the associated browser storage is cleared.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions about this PDF task
Can I use a signature photo instead?
Yes. Use Upload signature for a JPG or PNG, with background removal and visual placement controls.
Does this send my signature to a server?
The drawing and PDF processing run in the browser. Saving the signature uses local browser storage.
Can I remove a signature that I saved?
Saved signatures can be deleted from the local signature library. Removing a saved item does not remove marks already exported into PDFs.
