THE WORKFLOW
How to type on a PDF in your own handwriting
- Open Type in my handwriting, choose a PDF and photograph your handwritten alphabet on plain paper.
- Review the detected character crops and correct the letters before creating the font. Clear, evenly spaced samples make the review easier.
- Enter your text, choose pages and placement, then preview and download. Check every character you used, including numbers and punctuation.
PRACTICAL EXAMPLES
Choose the workflow for your document
Create a handwriting font from plain paper
Write the requested characters clearly and photograph them straight on. Review the crop for each character instead of assuming automatic detection is correct; a misplaced edge can change every occurrence of that letter.
Place a typed personal note on a PDF
Start with a short sentence and preview the spacing. If a letter looks wrong, correct its character sample before placing a longer block, and check that the note fits the available page area.

What to check in the result
The result depends on the characters supplied and how they were cropped. Even lighting and dark, separate strokes help; shadows and touching letters can spoil a sample. This makes a visual handwriting style, not a cryptographic signature or handwriting authentication.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions about this PDF task
Do I need to write the entire message by hand?
No. You supply character samples, then type the message using the generated font.
What if a character is missing or cropped badly?
Review and correct the character samples before export. Inspect the final text so missing glyphs or awkward spacing are caught.
Can this make a verified digital signature?
No. It adds a visual handwriting style. Use the signature tools for a visible signature mark and confirm the recipient accepts that kind of signature.
